Terms of use
A small, kind place to say what you did today. These terms keep it that way. Using TODAY I means you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
Who can use TODAY I
You must be 18 or older, and an adult under the law where you live if that's older. TODAY I isn't for anyone younger, even with a parent's permission. Use an email address you control, one account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your posts
What you post stays yours. You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show and share it within TODAY I (including in share previews) for as long as it's up. You can delete your posts and replies, or your whole account, at any time.
Posts are anonymous to other users, not to us: moderators can see which account wrote something, and we may disclose it when the law requires.
Don't post
- Harassment, bullying, hate, or threats against anyone.
- Someone else's personal details (names with private facts, phone numbers, addresses, photos of them without consent).
- Nudity or sexual content, and anything sexualising minors (reported to authorities).
- Violence, or encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Anything illegal, including content you don't have the rights to.
- Spam, advertising, scams, or impersonation.
And don't abuse the service: no bots or scraping, no getting around limits or bans, no gaming reviews, tokens or reports, and no attacks on the site.
Moderation
Posts may be reviewed by other users before they appear, photos are checked automatically, and anyone can report a post or reply. Reported content may be hidden until a moderator decides. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, at our discretion. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
If you're struggling
TODAY I is not an emergency or support service. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India).
No guarantees
TODAY I is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change, pause or end any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what other users post; you are responsible for what you post.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes tell you on the site. Continuing to use TODAY I means you accept them. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
Grievance Officer
Under India's Information Technology Rules, 2021, complaints about content or this service can be sent to our Grievance Officer, Raman, at hello@todayi.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
